The Camera Book, Burke & James, Inc. (Chicago, IL), undated c. 1915, ~6"x9", 40pp

Around 1914, Burke & James started printing a series of these catalogs called The Camera Book.  While their normal catalog was immense and featured many pages of supplies, this thin volume just presented their amateur camera line.  The 1914 version, advertised in Camera Craft of 1914 (googlebooks), had a cover photo of three children, so this is some other year, probably near 1915.  The two types of catalogs were probably printed concurrently.
