How to Make Photographs and Descriptive Price List, The Scovill and Adams Co. (New York, NY), distributed by Horgan, Robey & Co. (Boston, MA), dated June 1891, ~6"x9", 140pp & 14pp introduction & 8pp index

This is a catalog printed at the height of Victorian camera invention and of Scovill's fortunes.  The Kodak Camera, introduced in 1888, would soon cause the amateur wooden field camera user to become relatively extinct.  For some reason, there is an extensive section of Swift lenses at the very end of the catalog, and separate from the other lenses, as if Swift inserted an unannounced advertisement.  The entire catalog is reproduced here, rather than just the camera and lens sections, to lend an appreciation of the scope and size of a major catalog.
