Notes:

From 1903 through 1905, Gennert advertised a camera called the Gennert Seneca View, which was identical to the Seneca Camera Manufacturing Co. Improved Seneca View.

Probably having realized its mistake, Catalog #57 (1906-7) corrected the name to Gennert Seneca View Improved.

During the same time, Gennert also resold the Seneca Camera Manufacturing Co. Competitor (as the Gennert New York View).  About 1908, Gennert offered in their catalogs a number of cameras from other manufacturers.  For such a resold camera, only the presence of a Gennert label will indicate that it passed through Gennert hands.
