"Verigraphic" asymmetric rapid rectilinear-type lens in Wollensak "Regno" No. 5 shutter.  The cardboard lens cap is from an Edison phonographic cylinder of the song "The Lighthouse by the Sea".

Construction: back and front focus via rack and pinion (two gear tracks on top of the base rails); double swing; reversing by removable back; 
Materials: cherry base, black fabric bellows; lacquer finish
Sizes Offered: 5x7; 6 ½x8 ½; 8x10 (photos); 11x14; 14x17; 17x20
Notes: This model has the familiar rear standard with a teardrop pointed down that is found on most Seneca cameras.  It also continues the Camera City feature of the short hinged base started with Variation 1.

References:
1913 catalog shows Variation 1, so Variation 2 was thus introduced in 1914.
